The Bilateral meeting was held in Taipei, on 16 July, 2017. 

Local Government Academy-Department of the Interior and Local Government (LGA-DILG), Manila Observatory, National Resilience Council, Bureau of Fire Protection NCR, and EPCC discussed the DRR strategies in the APEC region.
