The NGOs from the Philippines visit CBDM in Chinese Taipei

The delegates from 8 NGOs of the Philippines visit EPCC from 8 to 10 January. Besides learning about the disaster prevention and response system in Chinese Taipei, they also visit CEOC and 2 different community cases in Taichung and Taipei City.
